Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
   This giveaway is open to participants who meet the specified entry criteria (e.g., age, location, etc.). No purchase is necessary to enter.

2. Ticket Cap
   The maximum value for Broadway tickets offered in this giveaway is $100 per ticket. Any tickets priced above this amount must be supplemented with additional payment by the winner.

3. Booking and Availability
   Tickets will be provided for a show of the winner’s choice, subject to availability at the time of booking. Broadway shows may have limited availability, and tickets will be booked at the discretion of the organizer, within the value cap.

4. Non-Transferable
   The tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.

5. Winner Notification
   The contest closes by the end of November, and the winner will be notified by the email they signed up with. If the winner does not respond within 1 week of being notified, an alternate winner will be selected.

6. Limitation of Liability
   The organizer is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or errors related to the giveaway entry process. The winner assumes all risk and responsibility for the tickets once they are received.

7. Right to Modify
   The organizer reserves the right to amend these terms or cancel the giveaway at any time, without notice, should unforeseen circumstances arise.
